Real estate agents don't "sell" real estate. They help people find and acquire properties. There's a big difference in those two concepts. Being an agent is more like being a combination detective, counselor, and coordination expert.
· Detective because agent have to find the perfect property...but,
· Agents won't know what people are truly looking for unless agents are a good counselor.
· Once agent have made the sale, they'll shift into coordinator mode.
· And back to counselor if problems develop along the way.
